We acted for a corporation on appeal to the Supreme Court of Appeal in relation to a adjudication determination – our client was successful in the appeal and in obtaining a costs order as against the defendant, a foreign corporation.
LG Projects Pty Ltd v Arcon Developments Pty Ltd (Adjudication)
We acted for a subcontractor in the preparation and filing of an Adjudication Application. We obtained an adjudication determination against the builder for a significant amount which was later issued as a Court judgment.
